What we collect
When you fill in a form on this website we receive the details you enter yourself: name, phone, e-mail, the address of the property if relevant, and your message.
Purpose and legal basis
The details are only used to respond to your enquiry, such as arranging a valuation or viewing. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).
Storage and deletion
Enquiries are stored for as long as needed to follow up. If you instruct us, separate rules apply under the Norwegian Real Estate Agency Act and Anti-Money Laundering Act.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies and no analytics tools. Homes you save with the heart are stored only locally in your own browser and are never sent to us.
Third parties
The website is hosted on Vercel. Links to online bidding (Vitec), prospectuses and viewing registration (meglervisning.no), Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps open services with their own privacy terms.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to withdraw your consent. Contact us by e-mail. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
